About Margot Fox

Hello and it's lovely to have you here. 

Some of you might be asking why The Fox of Life? Well my surname is Fox and it sounds quite similar to the Facts of Life depending on what part of the world you come from!

What I teach is all about about the facts of life, what it means to be human and how by using the tools of self mastery we can create huge positive change in our professional and personal lives.

Having surmounted many personal and professional challenges in my life, it became more and more apparent to me the importance of self regulation and learning to master your mind and emotions for success.

I learned that everything we have in our lives comes down to how we think and manage our emotions - our relationship, our career, the money in our bank accounts. Everything!

Armed with education and training in this area coupled with a deep understanding of people and an ability to connect quickly, I set about spreading the message of the importance of self regulation in corporates and businesses worldwide.

The experience has been highly rewarding as I witness business leaders building highly motivated, engaged, productive and profitable teams once they have learned these vital skills.
